Domestic Shipping Policy

We strive to ship most in-stock domestic orders placed by 1:00 PM MST on the same business day. However, certain items may require additional processing time. These include but are not limited to: custom or oversized products, out-of-stock items, orders requiring payment verification, or packages requiring additional handling. Should your order be affected by any of these conditions, we will notify you promptly.


Shipping Days & Carriers

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays.

We offer a variety of domestic shipping options through trusted carriers, including USPS, FEDEX, and UPS. You’ll be able to select your preferred shipping method during checkout.


Shipping Rates & Checkout

Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on item weight, package size, destination, and carrier rates. Our system will present all available shipping options and pricing before you complete your order. You can also preview shipping costs during checkout without finalizing your purchase.


Tracking & Insurance

All shipments include tracking and are insured against damage or loss during transit. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been packed and shipped. You can also access tracking links through your account dashboard.


Delivery Timing

The first shipping day ("Day 1") begins the day after your order ships. Please allow some time for your tracking number to update with the latest carrier information.


Economy & Standard Ground

Economy and standard shipping methods do not guarantee delivery timeframes. Transit times can vary based on location and carrier volume.


Delivery Confirmation

In some cases, we may require delivery confirmation, which could include a signature at delivery. This may apply to high-value orders, shipments to alternate addresses, oversized packages, or any order that appears suspicious.


Oversized or Special Handling Items

Certain products that are heavier or require special packaging may incur additional shipping charges. If your order is affected, we’ll reach out via email before processing. No additional charges will be applied without your approval.

Flat Rate Shipping for $4.99

We provide a flat shipping rate of $4.99 for many smaller and lighter products across our store. Eligible items—including parts, tires, tools, accessories, nutrition products, and more—will be identified with a $4.99 Flat Rate Shipping label.

There’s no minimum purchase required—you can order as many qualifying items as you want at this flat rate. This rate applies to shipments within the continental 48 states where multiple carriers operate. Shipping will be fulfilled using the most economical method available, typically standard ground delivery. Expect delivery to take approximately 3 to 7 business days. Orders sent to international destinations, P.O. boxes, and military APO/FPO addresses are not eligible for this flat rate but may qualify for other discounted shipping options. Changing your order by removing items, combining shipments, or updating your address or shipping preference might affect your eligibility for this flat rate.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $150

Receive free standard shipping on orders totaling $150 or more of qualifying products.

This offer is valid for deliveries within the continental 48 states with multiple carrier options. Shipping to international locations, P.O. boxes, and military APO/FPO addresses may be eligible for discounted shipping options. Orders will ship via the most cost-effective carrier, usually standard ground, but occasionally via air for quicker delivery. Delivery can take up to 10 business days. The $150 threshold applies to the price of products before taxes, fees, or gift certificates are factored in. Adjustments such as cancellations, combining orders, or changing your shipping details could impact your eligibility for free shipping.


To qualify for free shipping:

Place $150 or more of qualifying items in your cart. Select the free shipping option at checkout. Complete your purchase and enjoy free delivery!


Additional Information

Returns & Refund Policy – The Bike Barn

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.


Standard Returns

We accept returns on new and unused items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

Please note:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping may be

deducted from your refund. In rare cases, a

restocking fee of up to 15%

may be applied—this only applies to returns requiring excessive processing or repackaging.

We understand that things don't always go as planned. If you're outside the standard return window, please contact us. We're happy to review your situation and work toward a solution that makes sense.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to protect against loss or damage in transit, as we cannot take responsibility for returns until they arrive safely.
